Hello,

If you are looking for the public access portal for the Security Awareness Tracking System (SATS), the page is no longer available as Cybersecurity training and will migrate to the Health and Human Services Learning Management System for the 2026 training cycle.

If you need to demonstrate Cybersecurity proficiency without logging in using an HHS (NED) ID you can do so on the HHS Security Awareness training site: https://www.hhs.gov/about/agencies/asa/ocio/cybersecurity/security-awareness-training/index.html by completing Cybersecurity Awareness Training Modules 1 and 2.

Please retain your certificate at the end of the training for your record as the training will not be recorded without a login. The NIH Contractor Only NDA agreement is not included in the HHS training but can be downloaded using this link..

If you have any questions, please contact ISAO Training and Awareness (ISAO-Training-&-Awareness@od.nih.gov).

Thank you
